A part of the presentation of the game from Play Store says the following:

“48 years before the events of the Game of Thrones TV show, Lord Commander Brynden Rivers, better known as “Bloodraven”, disappeared while ranging beyond the Wall. Now it’s your turn to take command of the Night’s Watch.”

However, the Play Store also offers info about the subscription system:

“The subscription payment indicated in-game will be charged to your Google Play account weekly at the end of the 7-day free trial period. Such subscription payment will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew itself every week unless you turn off the auto-renew feature at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.”

It’s also worth knowing that Game of Thrones Beyond the Wall doesn’t support some iPhone versions like 5S, 6, and 6 Plus. Some models of iPad are also not supported: iPad Air, iPad mini 2, and iPad mini 3.
